I need to start somewhere and I am starting with 10 minutes.
Only 10 minutes.
I figure I can do just about anything for 10 minutes.
Only 10 minutes
- 10 minutes of mantra meditation every morning
- 10 minutes of Sun Salutation/Moon Salutation/some kind of flow routine everyday
- 10 minutes of “7 Weeks to 100 Push-ups” 3X per week. (Yes, I’m at it again.)
- 10 minutes (well, about 15 minutes actually) 3X per week of “Ab Ripper X”(Thank you Tony “I hate it but I love it” Horton)
- 10 minutes of Dixie my dog running ME around the neighborhood everyday
Even when I’m not feeling it I keep thinking, “but it’s only 10 minutes, it’s only 10 minutes”.
2 weeks in and I am going strong.
Heck, it’s “only 10 minutes”.
